Return and Refund Policy

At Alvessia Row, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, sleepwear, lingerie, bridal robes, and intimate apparel must be returned in new and unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.

Customized, private label, wholesale, OEM/ODM, and bulk orders are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your return is approved.
