1. Business and website
Alvessia Row is the wholesale brand of Lianyungang Evelina Garment Co., Ltd. (连云港市埃薇莉娜服饰有限公司), located in Huangyang Village, Guanyun County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu 222204, China. This website is a business-to-business catalogue and enquiry website for wholesale buyers. We do not operate a United States retail store.

2. Products
We manufacture and supply women's knitted sleepwear, loungewear, pajama sets and lingerie. Product images, colours and dimensions are presented as accurately as possible, but reasonable differences may occur because of lighting, screens, fabric batches or production tolerances.

3. Wholesale prices and minimum order
Unless a product page states otherwise, displayed prices are reference prices in USD per set and exclude freight, import duties, local taxes, bank charges, samples and customization. Products are sold by the dozen, with 12 sets in one dozen. The standard minimum order is 5 dozen (60 sets) per style. Final unit price, total order value, colour and size assortment, packaging and all other commercial terms are confirmed in our written quotation.

4. Enquiries and order confirmation
Sending an enquiry, adding a catalogue item to a request, or receiving a preliminary quotation does not create a binding order. An order is confirmed only after the buyer accepts our final written quotation or pro forma invoice and the agreed deposit or payment is received. We will confirm stock availability or production lead time before accepting an order.

5. Payment
Available payment method, deposit percentage, balance date and bank charges are stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice. Buyers must use only the beneficiary details shown on our official invoice and should verify any requested bank-detail change with us by WhatsApp and email.

6. OEM, ODM and private label
Custom development, labels, packaging, materials, sizing and samples must be approved in writing. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that supplied trademarks, designs and content are authorized for use. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after materials are purchased or production begins, unless we agree in writing.

7. Production and delivery
Lead time begins after final specifications, sample approval where required, and deposit are received. Shipping method, freight cost, delivery estimate, insurance and Incoterms are quoted for each order according to destination, carton volume and buyer requirements. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure or buyer documentation are outside our reasonable control.

8. Inspection, returns and refunds
Buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery. Claims and remedies are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Custom-made, OEM, ODM and private-label goods are not returnable for change of mind, but verified defects or material non-conformity will be handled according to the written order specification and our policy.

9. Website use and intellectual property
Website text, images, designs and branding may not be copied, republished or used commercially without authorization. Buyers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an accepted order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing terms
The final quotation, pro forma invoice and any signed manufacturing or supply agreement form part of the order terms. If they conflict with this website policy, the more specific written order document controls.
