Wholesale Shipping and Delivery Policy

Alvessia Row supplies wholesale buyers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and other destinations accepted by written agreement. This is a wholesale catalogue and enquiry website; shipping is quoted for each order.

1. Order and destination information
To receive an accurate quotation, send the style numbers, quantity in dozens, full delivery city and country, preferred shipping method and any required Incoterms. The standard minimum order is 5 dozen (60 sets) per style.

2. Shipping methods
Depending on destination, weight, carton volume and urgency, we may quote international express, air freight, sea freight or delivery to the buyer's nominated freight forwarder in China. Available methods vary by order and destination.

3. Freight cost
Displayed product reference prices do not include freight unless the final quotation expressly states otherwise. Freight, insurance, export handling, destination charges, duties and taxes will be clearly allocated in the written quotation or pro forma invoice before the buyer confirms the order. We do not publish one universal rate because wholesale shipment size and destinations vary substantially.

4. Processing and production time
Stock availability, packing time, sample time and production lead time are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Custom, OEM, ODM and private-label orders begin after specifications and samples are approved and the agreed deposit is received.

5. Delivery estimate
The selected shipping method and estimated transit time are stated in the final quotation. Estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspection, public holidays, weather, force majeure, incomplete buyer documents or an incorrect address may affect delivery.

6. Tracking and shipping documents
When available, we will provide tracking details or shipping documents after dispatch. The buyer must check the consignee name, phone number, address and customs information before shipment.

7. Customs, duties and taxes
Unless the confirmed Incoterm states that we are responsible, the buyer is responsible for import clearance, licences, duties, VAT and other destination charges. Buyers should confirm local import requirements before ordering.

8. Damage or loss in transit
Report visible carton damage, shortages or non-delivery promptly and retain the packaging, carton labels and photos or video. We will assist with the carrier or insurance claim according to the agreed shipping term. Product claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
