Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to wholesale orders supplied by Alvessia Row, the wholesale brand of Lianyungang Evelina Garment Co., Ltd.

1. Return request period
For eligible stock wholesale goods, contact us within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Do not send goods back without written return authorization and the return address from us.

2. Eligible non-defective returns
We may accept non-defective stock goods when they are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging and suitable for resale. The buyer is responsible for return freight and customs charges. Original outbound freight, bank charges, duties and taxes are not refundable.

3. Defective, damaged, short or incorrect goods
Inspect cartons and products promptly after delivery. Contact us within 14 calendar days with the order or invoice number, affected style and quantity, and clear photos or video of the goods, packaging and carton labels. For verified defects, damage, shortages or incorrect items caused by us, we will agree an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, credit or refund for the affected goods. We will cover reasonable return freight only when we authorize it in writing.

Minor differences caused by lighting, monitor settings, normal fabric-batch variation or agreed production tolerances are not defects.

4. Custom and OEM/ODM orders
Custom-made, sampled-to-order, private-label, printed, embroidered, relabelled or specially packaged goods are not returnable for change of mind. Verified defects or material failure to meet the approved written specification remain eligible for an agreed remedy.

5. Cancellations
Stock orders may be cancelled before payment or written confirmation. After an order is confirmed, cancellation is subject to our written approval and deduction of any non-recoverable materials, sampling, packaging, production, bank or logistics costs already incurred. Custom orders normally cannot be cancelled after materials are purchased or production begins.

6. Return process
Email yang@alvessiarow.com or WhatsApp +86 153 5187 6755 before returning any goods. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized or freight-collect returns may be refused.

7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued in the original payment method or as agreed credit within 7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected, or after a remote claim is approved when no physical return is required. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time.
